Emmy Iolanda Patrizia Bach Ruscello
was born 1983 in Munich/Germany. 

Through her artistic practice, she has called many places home: She lives and works in Berlin and Brandenburg, and at times in Istanbul and Serramonacesca.

She has taught at various universities as a professor and lecturer.
